“She’s been really well managed by Richard and Will (Freedman). I had a really nice horse to do a lit with. She’s had two solid trials coming into today and she had a nice barrier draw and could utilise it.

“My only job, which seemed to be quite easy in the end, was that I had to help her navigate first time going around Caulfield left-handed. She made my job really easy and when the business end came she was really determined and very genuine and tough.”
