Step up each time: “She’s a lovely filly, that’s for sure. She’s three-for-three now and everytime we’ve taken her to the races, she’s gone even better. It’s brilliant to bring her to town today after two wins prior to that.”
Mitch making decision to take sit: “He rode her well. We thought there’d be plenty of pace in the race and he rode her brilliantly.”
We to now: “We’ll leave that to Henry. I have noticed there is the (Group 3) Kevin Hayes Stakes in two-and-a-half weeks time back here at Caulfield, so I’m sure the boss will have a look at that.”
Winning Jockey: Mitch Aitken
Made improvement from last time: “100 per cent. She’s a lovely progressive time. She won well at Stawell, obviously, and I galloped her on Saturday morning and she had come on from that. I was pretty confident coming to this race today.”
Decided to take the sit: “They were a fair bit in front of me so I thought I’d take the sit and creep up on them.”
How good is she: “I don’t think we’ve seen the best of her yet.”
