On her preparation and previous runs at Sandown: “It’s wonderful conditioning by the team. Our analysis of her runs at Sandown previously, it’s probably fair to say that the inside going, where she was finishing off, wasn’t the best place to be and we had that in mind coming into today.

“Jamie got her into a lovely spot and when she put the sword to her she put them to bed pretty quickly.

On the mare: “She’s a nice physical and she’s growing into that now so there’s no doubt she’s got the scope to maybe tackle something in a tougher grade.”

Winning Jockey: Jamie Kah

On being a part of Godolphin’s good run: “The team’s just going great at the moment and I’m pretty lucky to be riding for them.

“They don’t give you any instructions, they let you ride the horse how it feels and she was just perfectly prepared and I really didn’t have to do much on her in the end, she was very dominant.”

On her approach to today’s race: “I just wanted to be positive on her. I thought we’d use the gate and when she jumped really well I was happy to just take the trail behind Mark Zahra ((aboard Savonia) and it was a pretty push button ride. She was fantastic today.”
