On the run &  course record: “Good ride from Mick Dee, he got the momentum up from the top of the straight. He’s a horse we’ve always had a good opinion of, he’s run in some nice races but the penny hasn't dropped, he’s a colt and it’s taken a bit of racing. He did a good job in his maiden and then things didn't go according to plan the start befor so it’s no surprise to see him win.”

On the future: “We’ll see how it is but it’s great to do it. Certainly getting back onto a genuine quick ground is a big plus as it is for these I Am Invincibles and just racing. It’s great to get a winner in these colours for Rob Roulston and Mark Player - they select these colts to try and make them into good horses and hopefully this horse can push on.”

On Greece: “She was finishing on well, she didn’t get the right run and she’ll have another go.”

Winning Jockey: Michael Dee

On the race: “Pre-race I planned to be outside the leader and as it eventuated there was a lot more speed than I anticipated and they really kept running which worked for us. He just relaxed beautifully and it was just a matter of when to press the button as as I did he let rip and was very strong through the line”

Potential: “Absolutely he feels like he can on to the top echelon in the autumn. He’s a big robust horse, very strong so the spring might have come up too quickly but I think by the time the autumn rolls around  he’ll really come into his own and when he gets out to a mile I feel is his pet distance and he’ll really show what he’s got then. ”
